Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot, our premier retail partner. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement while supporting innovative product solutions.

You will participate in TTI’s world-class training, build strong relationships with Home Depot teams, manage inventory levels, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Valid United States driver's license for at least one year.
• Own a personal vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and travel to stores; air travel may be required.
• Strong MS Office proficiency; Power BI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and drive sell-through through merchandising.
• Ensure brand presence through strategic merchandising and data-driven decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Build relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly; participate in merchandising resets.
