Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing team of account executives in the small and medium-sized business market. You will coach and mentor the team, drive growth, and ensure outstanding customer experiences as Spectrum remains the trusted choice for communication solutions.

Responsibilities include strategic territory planning, achieving sales targets, managing the sales funnel, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and market insights.

Qualifications

• English fluency (read, write, speak) required.
• Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, especially telephone and Internet foundations.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team and 20% on office tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory plan and monitor individual sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues impacting sales operations and maintain efficiency.
• Organize regular meetings to update on tools, processes and product changes.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives with performance reviews and training.
• Oversee daily funnel activity including contacts, presentations and sales.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum’s products, market trends and competitive landscape.
