JOB LOCATION: FORT WAYNE, IN (NORTHERN INDIANA)

Job Description

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving all volume and distribution goals for the portfolio through all channels of trade.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing an annual operating plan with financial, volume, and distribution objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributor field sales teams, motivating them to meet goals.
  • Manage depletion, distribution, and display objectives for the general market off-channel.
  • Oversee execution of displays in the chain channel.
  • Manage depletion, distribution, and features in the on-premise channel.
  • Onboard new accounts effectively.
  • Ensure POS and merchandising objectives are executed in collaboration with distributor teams.
  • Introduce innovative sales execution concepts and share successful practices regionally.
  • Maintain and build key account relationships within the territory.
  • Assist in managing budgets, including incentives and promotional expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with state and company policies/laws.
Job Requirements
  • Based in Ft. Wayne or surrounding areas; overnight travel expected at least once per month.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel statewide periodically.
  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Results-oriented with problem-solving, negotiation skills, and a drive for success.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Lilypad and Ramp preferred.

The salary range is $60,000-$63,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
