Job summary

Equipment Depot Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Manager to grow revenues and margins by developing long-term customer relationships and focusing on high-profit products and services.

The role requires in-field leadership with Dual Role Account Managers, coaching at least three days a week, and close collaboration with the Branch Operations Manager to drive a Performance Guaranteed Culture across our installations and service sites in Mechanicsburg area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role in a similar industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for Dual Role Account Managers.
• Responsible for the performance and development of all Dual Role Account Managers.
• Field-based coaching at least 3 days per week.
• Prepare action plans for lead generation and market penetration.
• Assist in pricing, proposals, and marketing plans.
• Maintain CRM data and customer records; track pricing and sales activity.
• Assist A/R with past due invoices as necessary.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Field Sales manager will increase company revenues and gross margins by developing and maintaining long term customer relationships.
