Keys to success: Ideal candidate would have a mix of both corrugated packaging sales + sales leadership success. Greater KC area is fine, visits to St Joe are limited as you are on the road or doing ride-alongs to help your team. Salesforce CRM experience appreciated. This FSM supports our reps and St Joseph box plant + 250 miles out but we can still support your existing national accounts. This role promotes up quickly for senior leadership opportunities, full relocation is offered, and AWD SUV company car is available for family use.

Pay Rate: Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.
