Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a full-time Field Sales Manager in Louisville, KY. The role splits time between the office and the field, leading a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

You will coach, mentor, and build partnerships with construction and renovation businesses to expand our market reach. The position offers excellent pay starting at 100,000/year with base plus commission, plus monthly vehicle reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role.
• Experience with B2C/D2D selling.
• Ability to work in our office and out in the field with the team.
• Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Seek out potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionals.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

You’ll work full-time between the hours of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some potential for Saturday work (between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm).
