What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage existing branch relationships and enable sales representatives for new opportunities in your territory
- Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners regarding Roofr and its products
- Provide product training and onboarding support for new partners
- Organize and host community events and meetings to enhance partner engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
- Experience in channel partnerships, particularly in the roofing supply industry
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with roofing supply companies
- Proven ability to navigate organizations and make high-producing connections
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision
