What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage existing branch relationships and enable sales representatives for new opportunities in your territory
  • Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners regarding Roofr and its products
  • Provide product training and onboarding support for new partners
  • Organize and host community events and meetings to enhance partner engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
  • Experience in channel partnerships, particularly in the roofing supply industry
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with roofing supply companies
  • Proven ability to navigate organizations and make high-producing connections
