A family-owned plumbing service in California is looking for a driven Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative to enhance customer relationships and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, along with benefits including medical insurance and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (service industry or construction/plumbing experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on open estimates and work to close sales with clients.
• Act as a second opinion to help technicians upsell jobs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and commercial accounts.
• Support field technicians with estimates and job coordination.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking.
• Maintain CRM and follow-up systems to track leads.
