Position Summary:
In this role, you will coach, develop, and oversee the Field Sales team in canvassing efforts in San Jose, California. This role is responsible for performing observations of door-to-door sales, sales coaching, and side-by-side selling in an effort to reach sales goals. The Field Sales Lead will communicate accurate sales statistics to the Field Sales Manager throughout the day.
Candidates for this position must live in San Jose, California.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position.
Travel: Travel is expected for this position. A valid California Driver’s License and Clean DMV are required. Reliable vehicle and auto insurance are also required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for driving door-to-door sales results with the Field Sales team and to provide hands on support in the field.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Aptitudes:
Pay Scale: $20.50 hourly PLUS Commission
The field sales team canvasses outdoors in various communities and is exposed to varying climates and elements when canvassing, which are determined by Mother Nature.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; key/type. The employee is consistently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
