Job summary

Chipr is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our sales team in Marion, Ohio. You will educate customers about home technology solutions, from fiber internet to security and mobile services, and work outdoors meeting people where they are.

We offer hands-on training, uncapped earnings, leads, and benefits including health, dental, and vision. You will report progress and attend daily and weekly meetings while upholding our values and delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Understand products and services offered by Chipr.
• Sell through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing.
• Meet monthly personal performance standards.
• Report progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
