Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc in Kentucky is seeking a Project Consultant in a field-based sales role. You'll work with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration needs, guiding them from inspection to project completion.

No roofing experience required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship. Earn between $60k and $170k per year with uncapped commissions, paid twice weekly, and W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach.
• Meet with homeowners and build lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct property inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration processes.
• Prepare estimates and project proposals.
• Guide customers through agreements and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity.
