Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions of Georgetown is seeking a Field Sales Representative to act as the front line of our sales pipeline. You will take pre-verified homeowner lists, knock on doors, introduce our bathroom remodeling services, and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team using our Canvassing Router app.

You work independently in the field, follow routes, log progress, and your pay is tied to the appointments you issue and the sales generated.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for driving the assigned route.
• Smartphone to open maps and log Knocked?/Booked?/Outcome throughout the day.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods outdoors in varying weather.
• Confident, friendly communicator who builds rapport quickly and asks for the appointment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work your assigned county route each day, following map links to cover your territory efficiently.
• Prospect every address on the route: introduce Five Star Bath Solutions, build rapport, uncover needs, generate interest in a free in-home estimate.
• Set and issue qualified appointments for our sales team, confirming date, time, and decision-makers.
• Track your pipeline in the route workbook in real time and log data in Field Notes.
• Flag any address that looks wrong, vacant, or unsafe for correction.
• Represent the brand professionally at every door and respect no soliciting and No Knock rules.
• Report route completion and daily sales activity to the Field Marketing Manager at the end of each shift.
