Job Responsibilities
  • Perform excellent sales and customer service, demonstrating enthusiasm and product knowledge.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store staff and management.
  • Monitor sales data, analyze results, and identify opportunities.
  • Participate in TTI training programs and apply learned skills.
  • Conduct in-store product training and demonstrations.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute events such as demos, store walks, and trade shows.
  • Develop market knowledge and analyze market data.
  • Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and participate in store resets and merchandising updates.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail settings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or field sales/customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and MVR checks.
  • Own and maintain personal vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel to stores, meetings, and events.
  • Ability to transport tools and supplies (up to 50 lbs.), and work in retail environments standing for long periods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated team player with good organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $24.04 - $25.96/hour, equivalent to $50,000 - $54,000 annually.

  • Vehicle allowance of $400/month.
