In this role, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. This position offers an opportunity to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a dynamic and rewarding company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales and service to consumers, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to build strong relationships.
  • Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify opportunities and understand the competition.
  • Participate in the TTI Training Program and apply learned skills to achieve results.
  • Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for store staff and customers.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze potential and communicate competitor data.
  • Maintain store and product presentation through merchandising and proper positioning.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Participate in resets and merchandising installations to enhance brand presence.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail environments.

Note: Duties may include additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. All employees are expected to contribute to continuous improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.

Job / Employment Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
  • Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations, meetings, and events.
  • Ability to transport company property.
  • Relocation may be required for promotions.
  • Work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Non-Exempt (overtime eligible)
  • Hourly rate between $24.04 and $25.96, annualized to $50,000 - $54,000
