This position involves driving sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. It offers an opportunity to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Support and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Maintain contact with store staff to build relationships.
  • Monitor sales, analyze results, and identify opportunities.
  • Participate in TTI training and apply learned skills.
  • Provide in-store product training and demonstrations.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute demo events, store walks, and trade shows.
  • Develop knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and customer applications.
  • Maintain store and product presentation through merchandising and positioning.
  • Manage inventory levels and participate in resets and merchandising installations.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail environments.

Note: Duties may include other tasks as assigned. All employees are expected to strive for continual improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug and motor vehicle screening.
  • Valid personal vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel and transport company property.
  • Potential relocation for promotional opportunities.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly salary between $24.04 and $25.96, with an annual target of $50,000 - $54,000.
  • Incentives, vehicle allowance, company smartphone.
