GROWMARK is seeking an Agricultural Sales representative to implement marketing strategies for seed products and support sales growth. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Ag Business or Agronomy, along with relevant experience in agricultural sales. Candidates will also offer training and technical support to enhance product knowledge among clients.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement marketing strategies for seed brands and forage seed products to achieve market share growth
- Initiate sales calls with targeted growers in coordination with assigned FS companies
- Provide training and product knowledge to assigned members to enhance sales effectiveness
- Utilize sales administration tools to drive growth and sales retention
- Offer technical agronomic support and insights to crop specialists and growers regarding GROWMARK Agronomy products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business or Agronomy, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of agricultural sales-related work experience
- Certified Crop Advisor certificate or ability to obtain within one year
- Must reside within the defined territory
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
