True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Agent and Trainer in Battle Ground, WA. This role focuses on selling supplemental insurance while coaching and building a high-performing team in the community.

You will mentor new hires, lead training sessions, and support agents with product knowledge and systems, driving production and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or team leadership experience.
• Currently licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to coach field representatives and run in-person appointments.
• Proven ability to drive production and build a team.
