Ambulatory Care Account Executive

What You'll Do :

As an Ambulatory Care Account Executive, you'll own the Denver territory and be responsible for driving sales of medical products and services to ambulatory care providers. You'll work directly with customers, uncover their needs, and deliver solutions that improve patient care and practice efficiency.

Location : While this position is remote and field based, our preferred candidate will currently reside in or near the Denver, Colorado area.

Your day-to-day will include :

  • Building and growing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed gross profit goals.
  • Promoting a wide range of products from lab and surgical supplies to McKesson's own branded solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal specialists across lab, pharmacy, and technology to deliver a full-service experience.
  • Spending the majority of your time in the field, meeting with customers face-to-face.

What You Bring :

  • 4+ years of relevant experience

Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are required.
  • As part of the background screening process, a 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted.
  • Employment is contingent upon meeting McKesson's driving eligibility standards.

Basic Required Skills :

  • Experience managing a large product portfolio (many SKUs)
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong collaboration skills in a team-based selling environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory (day travel only)

Additional Preferred Experience :

  • Selling to physician offices, labs, or healthcare providers
  • Presenting to C-suite decision-makers
  • Managing gross profit and margin performance
  • Selling value-based solutions and technology platforms

Education :

4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements :

Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
