Field Sales Account Executive/Altair - Dallas, TX

Overview

Apply for the remote position of Field Sales Account Executive at Altair, based in Dallas, TX. This full-time role involves providing proactive service to existing accounts, developing business plans, and identifying new sales opportunities within the employee benefits or healthcare/insurance industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive service to existing accounts to support customer retention.
  2. Make proactive calls via phone or in person to meet sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement business plans tailored to individual accounts, addressing administrative issues.
  4. Identify and pursue new product sales opportunities in collaboration with team members.
  5. Represent the company at benefit and enrollment fairs as needed.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and contacts.
  7. Stay informed about current and new products/services to provide accurate information.
  8. Complete administrative tasks such as reports and sales plans promptly.
  9. Utilize sales automation tools for inquiries, record-keeping, and reporting.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience in customer service and account management, preferably in the employee benefits or healthcare/insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and service goals for a large number of accounts.
  • Knowledge of underwriting, products, services, and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 70%, with a clean DMV record.
  • Reside in the Dallas, TX area.
Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $58,656.00 - $84,025.50, with potential bonuses and commissions.
