Job summary

Clear Path Utility Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to perform field safety observations and coaching. The role requires OSHA/ANSI knowledge, bilingual capability, and experience in arboriculture/utility line clearance.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, communicating results to supervision, and providing safety coaching to teams in diverse field conditions. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• OSHA Logging Regulations, ANSI Z133 Standards and PG&E Safe Work Practices knowledge required.
• Experience in arboriculture/utility line clearance or trainer/safety roles.
• Written and verbal communication and interpersonal coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety observations and documents findings, including difficult skills.
• Prepares employees/contractors for observation, with effective communication and tail boarding.
• Documents results to supervision using templates and forms.
• Provides coaching feedback after field observations.
• Offers input to improve at-risk safety activities using coaching tools.
