Clear Path Utility Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Safety Specialist in Stockton, CA to perform field safety observations and coach employees and contractors.

You will document observations, communicate results to supervision, and provide coaching feedback, ensuring adherence to safety standards and procedures. The role requires knowledge of OSHA Logging Regulations, ANSI Z133 Standards, and PG&E Safe Work Practices, plus bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or continued education in Forestry, Utility Vegetation Management and/or Logging.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR / First Aid.
• 3 years of arboriculture experience or 1 year in arboriculture with military background.
• 1 year in trainer or safety position.
• Knowledge of OSHA Logging Regulations, ANSI Z133 Standards and PG&E Safe Work Practices.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and subsequent safety observations and documents VM activities.
• Prepares employees/contractors for observation processes and communicates purpose.
• Documents and communicates results to supervision using templates.
• Provides coaching feedback to participants after field observations.
• May provide recommendations to improve observed safety activities.
