You Will:
SAFETY
  • Train employees in EHS policies through meetings and sessions.
  • Promote safe work practices by mentoring, coaching, and observing employees.
  • Address employee safety suggestions and concerns.
  • Conduct daily safety audits of work activities.
  • Develop and update safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify improvements.
  • Assist management in implementing safe practices.
  • Investigate EHS incidents and assign action items.
  • Participate in safe work planning and pre-job risk assessments.
  • Participate in process safety management and ERT activities.
HEALTH
  • Develop and implement the industrial hygiene monitoring program.
  • Perform exposure evaluations and sampling.
  • Implement controls to reduce exposure.
  • Train employees in protection against chemical and physical agents.
  • Help with emergency response.
SECURITY
  • Support implementation and compliance with security procedures.
You Have:
  • Experience in EHS policy implementation in an industrial setting.
  • Certifications in safety, industrial hygiene, or health (CSP, CIH, EMT) a plus.
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree in safety related field.
