Field Safety Representative – Data Center Construction
Location: Council Hill, OK (~1 hour south of Tulsa) | Site-Based
Position: Full-Time, W2 | Field-Based
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, approximately 5:30 AM–6:00 PM (up to 60 hrs/week)
Project: Large-scale data center construction — multi-year assignment (3+ years anticipated)
Compensation: Hourly position with OT. $18 - $30/hour, depending on experience
A well-established structural steel erection and rigging contractor is hiring a Field Safety Representative to support a large-scale data center construction project in Council Hill, Oklahoma.
This is a boots‑on‑the‑ground role. You will spend 90% of your day on‑site, working alongside the field crews, building a positive safety culture, and pitching in on field safety tasks when needed. We're open to candidates earlier in their careers who bring the right mix of construction knowledge, safety awareness, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
