GAS, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Field Safety Representative in Odessa, TX. You will support safety and operations teams, acting as a field spotter and assisting with site visits, equipment transport, and safety education.

The role offers on-the-job training, with opportunities to grow within environmental testing and LDAR services. Requires strong communication and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication via phone, text, email, and Teams.
• Ability to be thorough in observations and reporting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic about safety culture.
• Must be available Monday through Friday.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 21; pass MVR, background, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a spotter for the operations department on jobs, especially at heights.
• Conduct site visitations for the safety department, educate personnel, record findings.
• Assist operations with transporting equipment.
• Perform other duties to support Safety and Operations teams.
