Job summary

Wilson Construction Company is looking for a Field Safety Coordinator to oversee safety practices and compliance. The role requires at least 3-5 years of experience in the power line industry and familiarity with OSHA regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the power line industry.
• Working knowledge of state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws.
• Current First Aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety orientations for new employees.
• Coordinate new hire drug testing.
• Implement immediate corrective action for safety noncompliance.
