Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Support Technician to join our operations team. You will help set up areas for hot work and confined space entry, ensuring safety for the facility, equipment, and personnel, and you will monitor activities with management, engineers, and maintenance crews.

Daily tasks include checking in/out tools, supporting fabrication tasks, understanding fire alarms and suppression systems, and upholding SpaceX safety policies while coordinating with EH&S and contractors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting operations in a production, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• OSHA-certified Fire Prevention Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Set up areas for hot work/confined space entry to ensure safety.
• Monitor hot work and confined space entry to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Check in/out equipment daily with site members.
• Assist with hands-on build and fabrication tasks.
