Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead and monitor comprehensive safety programs across our clean energy projects. You will be the liaison between field operations, management, and safety teams to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with safety training and certifications.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• Proven knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across sites and departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety programs across multiple project sites to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard analyses to prevent incidents.
• Assist with incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Serve as primary safety liaison between field operations, management, and project teams.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and maintain documentation for audits.
• Manage emergency response procedures and post-incident protocols.
• Coordinate safety training programs and safety culture initiatives.
• Monitor safety metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
