Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking experienced Field Roustabouts for our water transfer operations in Eastern Ohio.

This full-time role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments and involves setting up containment, generators, piping systems, and related appurtenances in support of field operations. You will operate and maintain roustabout and water transfer systems, work 12-hour shifts days and nights, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators and piping.
• Operate heavy machinery when trained.
• Fuel, inspect, and log daily checklists and safety documents.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Assist with on-site safety and communication across teams.
