Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced roustabout professionals in Washington, PA to support our eastern Ohio water transfer operations. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is awarded, paid out in four quarterly payments, with 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, operating heavy machinery when trained, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting field activities across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior roustabout or water transfer experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
