Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture; or 4 years active duty; or HS diploma with 2 years in construction.
- Field of Study Preferred: Construction
- Required Work Experience: 2 years in construction industry.
- Travel Requirements: 10-15% overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical inspections of commercial roofing for warranty coverage.
- Investigate leaks and perform small repairs to stop leaks.
- Assist in larger warranty repairs in the region.
- Train licensed contractors in proper Duro-Last roofing techniques.
- Educate customers on specifications needed for warranty.
- Build strong customer relationships and trust.
