Traveling for approximately 3 weeks at a time is necessary. Successful candidates will have experience in commercial roofing or construction and must be able to work using mobile data tools. A commitment to safety and professionalism is crucial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing, construction, or related field experience.
• Ability to use field data collection tools (tablet or mobile devices).
• Experience performing roof inspections or repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections across client sites to assess building assets.
• Capture survey data, including measurements and condition details.
• Document defects clearly using notes, photos, and system inputs.
