Job summary

Capstone Roofing is seeking an Outside Sales Roofing Representative in Santa Rosa, CA. This field-based role involves meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and delivering accurate estimates and compelling proposals with Capstone’s training program.

Compensation includes a $40,000 base salary plus a 2% commission on sold jobs, a $500 monthly vehicle allowance, a fuel card, full benefits, and strong growth opportunities within Capstone Roofing.

Responsibilities

• Run sales leads and meet homeowners in Santa Rosa and North Bay.
• Conduct residential roof inspections and prepare estimates/proposals.
• Present roofing solutions to homeowners and explain scope/pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company systems and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production and Operations for smooth project handoffs.
