Job summary

3MG Roofing & Solar is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial roofing across Greater SE Florida. You will self-generate leads, run inspections, and guide homeowners from initial contact to signed agreements.

Qualifications

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required; able to transport a ladder.
Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week.
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
Conduct roof and property inspections (on roofs comfortable).
Deliver professional sales presentations with a customer-first approach.
Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and the company process.
Build and manage strong customer relationships from first appointment to close.
Maintain accurate follow-up and pipeline management with internal support teams.
