Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our field team. You will evaluate roofing systems, identify damage or areas of concern, and perform repairs that meet our safety and quality standards.

This is a field-based role with a company vehicle and travel to local job sites, lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in roofing or construction, plus a valid driver’s license.

• 1–2 years of roofing, construction, or related trade experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
