Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our field-based team. You will perform roofing repairs, travel daily to local job sites in the Lafayette area using a company vehicle, and represent the company with professionalism.

The role emphasizes safety, physical work, and customer service, with training provided and a clear path for career advancement within a nationally growing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of roofing, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate roofing systems, identify damage, and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Provide customer-focused service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Possess flexibility for overtime and two Saturdays per month during peak season.
