Job summary

JHBE Management is seeking a driven Commercial Roof Canvasser to join our business development team in Nebraska. You will be the face of the brand, engaging with local business owners, property managers, and facility executives to uncover new roofing opportunities.

Your main goal is to generate interest, identify commercial properties needing roofing services, and secure qualified appointments for our estimators.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face marketing, door-to-door canvassing, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle objections.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable initiating conversations with decision-makers.
• Ability to log lead data in the field using smartphone apps or tablets.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: prospect, identify, and visit commercial buildings to locate roofing projects.
• B2B Canvassing: conduct face-to-face outreach to discuss roof maintenance and restorations.
• Appointment Setting: secure qualified inspection appointments for estimators.
• Data Entry: log daily activity and lead information into the CRM.
• Brand Representation: maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.
