Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects in the Franklin area. This field-based role manages crews, materials, schedules, and customer expectations from inspection through completion.

The ideal candidate has roofing or construction project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work safely at heights. A valid driver’s license and a commitment to quality are required.

Qualifications

• Roofing or construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at heights on rooftops and use safety gear.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects onsite from start to completion.
• Conduct roof inspections and coordinate materials.
• Track project costs, schedules, and timelines.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Resolve jobsite issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company expectations.
• Inspect completed work and address deficiencies as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and documentation.
