Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking Roofing Field Inspectors to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. Inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced tools.

Ideal candidates have safety focus, customer-service skills, and can operate in varied weather. Experience with insurance claims is a plus; readiness to obtain certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle (truck/van/SUV) and carry a 32' ladder.
• Must have a Lidar device or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain required certifications to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
