Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking independent contractors for RoofField Inspector roles across our nationwide network. You will inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using the latest field technology.

Applicants must own a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32’ ladder, have a lidar device or the ability to obtain one, and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely navigate and inspect steep and high roofs.
• Ability to perform exterior and interior damage evaluations.
• Comfort using technology for property inspections.
• Willingness to obtain required professional credentials.
