Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to join our network of independent contractors. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting‑edge technology.

Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to transport a 32' ladder. A lidar-capable device is required or obtainable, plus MS Office proficiency. HAAG Certification is a plus; contractor onboarding is nationwide.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with Hancock Claims Consultants.
• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting at least a 32' ladder.
• Must have a Lidar capable device or ability to obtain one (iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or greater).
• Experience with MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams is preferred.
• HAAG Certification is a plus, and ability to obtain required certifications for contractor pool.
