Job summary

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) seeks a Rodman to support our local road construction projects.

You will assist the Party Chief, load survey gear, and prepare survey lines by staking and clearing the area. The role involves simple math, outdoor work in varying conditions, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Ideal candidates have prior survey crew experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on a survey crew preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Able to complete all required paperwork efficiently.
• Must meet MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Employer conducts drug screening and background check.
