Act as an on-site product SME for ACS systems during CONUS and OCONUS events.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to solve problems.
Utilize mechanical aptitude for hardware challenges.
Perform basic Linux tasks including log access and system modifications.
