Responsibilities

• Act as an on-site product SME for ACS systems during CONUS and OCONUS events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve problems.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude for hardware challenges.
• Perform basic Linux tasks including log access and system modifications.
