Job summary

GrayMatter Robotics is looking for a Robotics Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia, to support our Physical AI solutions. The role includes leading setup and customer training, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing automation and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

The job requires travel to customer sites in Tijuana and Mexicali up to 75% of the time. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, solving real-world problems while enhancing our robotic systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in manufacturing automation or related field.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and training on the system at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues spanning hardware and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product improvements.
• Provide technical support through emails and on-site visits.
