Job summary

HireArt is assisting our client in Atlanta to hire a hands-on Robot Service Technician for production, maintenance, and repair of self-driving delivery robots. The role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and fieldwork.

The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical tools, including measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
• Experience installing custom electronic modules and working with AC/DC currents.
• Comfortable working in field environments and lifting over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble harnesses, cables, and connectors for robots.
• Install and replace sensors (LiDAR, cameras, ultrasonic).
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and service campaigns.
• Travel to local sites to provide onsite field support.
