Greater New York Nursing Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Field UAS Assessments in the New York Metropolitan area. The role focuses on home healthcare visits, assessments, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to support CMS/PACE programs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and patience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Pay Range:
  • $100 - $160 per assessment
