Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to support injured workers across Flagstaff and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves coordinating care, evaluating progress, and advocating for timely return-to-work outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Arizona RN license, possess strong clinical assessment skills, and be comfortable traveling locally while managing a flexible caseload.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Flagstaff and surrounding areas
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field schedule

Responsibilities

• Attend medical appointments with injured workers throughout the Flagstaff area
• Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, adjusters, and other stakeholders
• Monitor treatment plans, medical progress, and return-to-work goals
• Identify barriers to recovery and help facilitate timely solutions
• Provide objective clinical assessments and case management documentation
• Promote appropriate, medically supported treatment and positive claim outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with medical providers and clients
• Independently manage your caseload and schedule while meeting required deadlines
