Job summary

Hamaspik HomeCare is seeking a full-time Field RN to provide high-quality home healthcare to clients in the Bronx and Westchester. You will perform initial assessments, develop care plans, and visit patients in their homes to adjust care as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS RN license, has at least one year of nursing experience (home care preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license.
• One year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion and dedication to providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to multi task.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
