Verisk is hiring a Field Representative to visit a wide variety of commercial properties, observe operations and assess risk for underwriting and pricing. You’ll manage routes, plan visits, and report findings with strong attention to detail.

Fully paid training and ongoing mentoring help you succeed, with company-provided technology and a fleet vehicle. Remote work is combined with on-site property visits across a territory, offering independence and variety.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience; preferred fields include Risk Management and Insurance, Construction Management, Property and Liability Insurance, Safety.
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write concise and informative reports to quality standards.
• Strong proficiency with technology, laptops, mobile devices, MS Office suite and mobile applications. Working aptitude for functional math measures of square feet, perimeter, and percentages.
• Self-motivated planning and goal setting skills, resulting in effective and consistent work habits. Route, schedule, document and conduct site visits with minimal supervision.
• Record and observe details, gather data, map and travel to sites; comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions; occasional ladders.

• Schedule and conduct on-site visits and complete reports for customers to evaluate risk; identify business operations, materials, fire protection and safety measures; develop safety and loss control recommendations.
• Professionally represent Verisk and customers via phone, in person and in writing.
