Coates Field Service, Inc is seeking a Right of Way/Forestry Specialist to support project needs. The role focuses on field evaluations of vegetation management, environmental constraints, and right-of-way conditions.

The specialist serves as a liaison among project teams, landowners, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and smooth project execution. The ideal candidate has experience in right-of-way operations, forestry, vegetation management, and environmental resource identification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in forestry, environmental science, natural resources, biology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in right-of-way management, forestry or environmental fieldwork.
• Knowledge of tree identification and vegetation management practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and walk project corridors to assess vegetation and environmental conditions.
• Identify trees and vegetation eligible for clearing, trimming or removal.
• Coordinate with environmental, forestry, engineering, and construction teams for compliance.
• Meet with landowners to discuss access requirements and project activities.
• Maintain field records, maps, photographs, and inspection reports.
