Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a skilled Rigger to join our Geostructural team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for preparing, attaching, and guiding loads for lifting using cranes and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and compliance in all operations. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a rigger in construction or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or lift plans.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and rigging regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, select, and assemble rigging equipment based on load requirements.
• Safely attach loads to cranes and lifting equipment.
• Collaborate with crane operators and crew members to execute lifts safely.
